My JustWare Reports¶
My JustWare reports display information specific to you and/or your team. These reports are very helpful in managing caseloads, schedules, and office and personal workflow.
Tip: Depending on JustWare view customizations specified by your administrator, My JustWare reports may be included in a My JustWare session snap-in.
If you access a My JustWare report from the My JustWare folder of the System Reports session, you may be prompted to enter specific filter criteria for the report to use when getting information to display.
Agency Active Cases by Status¶
The Agency Active Cases by Status report allows agency personnel to view all active cases in which any agency person is involved, providing them with a very helpful caseload and office management tool. Cases are grouped by status. If this report is accessed from the System Reports session, an agency code and report status must be specified before you click View Report.
My Active Cases by Status¶
The My Active Cases by Status report gives users a quick and easy way to reference and navigate to all active cases in which they are involved. Cases are grouped by status; each group has drill-down functionality. Once expanded, a group lists each case with a hyperlink.
Click the hyperlink to open the case record in the default view set for that Case Type in the Default View Settings.
My Active Cases by Status by App Person¶
The My Active Cases by Status by App Person report gives users a quick and easy way to reference and navigate to all active cases in which they are involved. Cases are grouped by status, and each group has drill-down functionality. Once expanded, a group lists each case with a hyperlink. Click the hyperlink to open the case record in the default view set for that Case Type in the Default View Settings.
At the top of the window, you can choose a case status from a drop-down list to expand the cases within that group.
My Active Events¶
The My Active Events report provides users with an easy way to reference and access all active events in which they are involved. Active events are grouped by future events and events that are up to 30 days past. A hyperlink to the applicable case is included. Click the hyperlink to open the case record in the default view set for that Case Type in the Default View Settings.
My Team Active Cases¶
The My Team Active Cases report gives office personnel a useful tool in viewing and managing caseload and office workflow. This report displays a bar graph that indicates the number of active cases in which any member of your team is involved. Each bar is a hyperlink to a report that lists that person's active cases by status.
My Team Events¶
The My Team Events report gives office personnel an easy way to reference all events scheduled that day for which any member of their team is involved. Events for the day are grouped by time, listing the event name and the involved agency person.
Workflow Log¶
The Workflow Log report allows personnel to view detailed information regarding automated business rules that have been executed. The data provided by this report helps users to determine if workflows are running correctly and assists administrators in troubleshooting.
Note: This report is filtered by the type of workflow and provides information based on the current type of the workflow, not on the type of the workflow when it was initially run. For example if the type of the workflow is changed and the report is run, all past runs of the workflow will be reported with the new type.
