The On Demand Snap-in¶
The On Demand snap-in is read-only and provides a list of active scheduled workflows. It allows users to execute scheduled workflows at the push of a button.
|Successful||If checked, this box indicates that the workflow was successful the last time it was run (either on demand or on a schedule).|
|Last Message||This field displays the last message sent by the workflow. For example, if the workflow was successful the last time it was run, this field would contain the message "Workflow 'workflow name' executed." These messages assist the user in debugging.|
|Last Run By||This field displays the name of the last person to run the workflow. If the workflow was last executed on a schedule, the name of the individual associated with the workflow will be displayed.|

The Workflow Log Snap-In¶
The Workflow Log snap-in enables you to set criteria to specify which workflows will be displayed in the Workflow Log report. In addition to selecting the beginning and ending dates and times, and other criteria to narrow the scope of the report, you can also choose to group the results of the report. For example, you might group your report results by the type of workflow or by the successfulness of the workflows that were run.
