Add notes to documents using the Notate feature.
Tip: If you are planning to export a document with notated text to a searchable format (e.g., all pages to PDF with searchable text), then a few considerations should be kept in mind:
- A search within an image document may not find the notated text.
- A larger font size for the notated text will increase its success rate of being searchable.
- Greater contrast between the text color and background color will increase the notated text's ability to be searched.
