Case Reports

Case reports display information related to a specific case. Depending on your permissions, case reports can be accessed in any open case session from the Reports dropdown. If accessed from a case session, the case ID of the current case is passed to the report and the report lists the appropriate case information.

Tip: Depending on JustWare view customizations specified by your administrator, case reports may be included in a case session snap-in.

If you access a case report from the Case folder of the System Reports session, you must type a case ID for the report to use when getting case information to display.

Case Discovery Packet Details

The Case Discovery Packet Details report displays discovery packet contents and involvements for a case. The report can be used to easily see what files are included in a discovery packet, how big each file is, and when the packet was created. It can also be used to see the Document Involved Names for each packet. Involved names are used to track who has downloaded or received the discovery packet.

Case Exhibits

The Case Exhibits system report allows users to see all of the exhibits associated with a case. Once a search is made, the user can see all exhibits associated with a given case. Generated reports show Exhibit ID, barcode scan, exhibit, and status. The location information represents either the location or physical location that had been selected for the corresponding exhibit. If this report is accessed from the System Reports session, a case ID will have to be typed before you click View Report.

Case Notes

The Case Notes report allows users to see an overview of any case notes that have been created in the Notes field of a specific case record along with the date they were created and the person who created them. Helpful case information is included in the header of the report. If the Case Notes report is accessed from the System Reports session, a case ID must be typed before you click View Report.

Case Notes Complete

The Case Notes Complete report allows users to see an overview of any notes that have been created in any case snap-in along with the date they were created and the person who created them. Helpful case information is included in the header of the report. If the Case Notes Complete report is accessed from the System Reports session, a case ID must be typed before you click View Report.

Case Summary

The Case Summary report lists very useful case overview statistics such as case involvements, charges, scheduled events, case notes, case status history, financial obligations, etc. Events are also listed in hierarchal order to show relationships between related events. Case reference information is included in the header of the report. Clicking on the charge hyperlink provides a compilation of data associated with the statute, including any attributes. If the Case Summary report is accessed from the System Reports session, a case ID must be typed before you click View Report.

Involved Person Contact Info

The Involved Person Contact Info report lists helpful contact information for each person involved in the case. This contact information includes phone number, address, and email address. A link to the involved person's name record is also included. Click the hyperlink to open the name record in the default view set for that Name Type in the Default View Settings.

Helpful case information is included in the header of the report.

If the Involved Person Contact Info report is accessed from the System Reports session, a case ID must be typed before you click View Report.
