Permissions

JusticeWeb allows for your organization to specify which people can use which requests. For example, a request that allows for changing a case status can be configured to only be visible for Clerks or Case Supervisors. To accomplish this, use the Permissions section of Request Management.

To configure which requests are available for each involvement, follow these steps:

  1. Select a request in the Available Request snap-in. The requests listed in this snap-in represent the requests that can be configured per involvement type. Only Case-Specific and Discovery requests are available for this feature.
  2. With a request selected, select which involvements have access to the request by selecting the corresponding check boxes in the Available For These Involvements snap-in.
