Non-Batched Workflows Snap-In

The Non-batched Workflows snap-in contains the fields used to specify the criteria that must be met to run the business rule.

  • Snap-in Name: Select the name of the snap-in in which the trigger will occur. Note: The SnapInName column in the drop-down displays the snap-in name as defined in JWXML. Caution: This field must be filled out correctly for the business rule to run. Make sure the snap-in name you choose is the snap-in in which the trigger will occur, not the result.
  • Insert: Select this check box to start the business rule when the listed snap-in has a record inserted.
  • Update: Select this check box to start the business rule when a record in the listed snap-in is updated.
  • Delete: Select this check box to start the business rule when a record in the listed snap-in is deleted.
