The JustWare Business Rules Manager enables administrators to set up business rules that automate important tasks, saving hours of case management time and helping to ensure the accuracy of information, documents, and events.
Business rules include one trigger that specifies when to run the workflow, and one or more results of that workflow. A trigger could be an event status change or a newly-inserted case type, while a result could be a generated document, a changed event status, a warning message, or the creation of a new event. This versatility allows offices to define and automate a wide variety of office tasks.
Trigger: The event or action that initiates a business rule.
Finding the Business Rules Manager¶
- Open the Admin Landing Page by clicking on the Admin button in the Navigation header.
- Select General Configuration | Business Rules.
