Batched Workflows Snap-In¶
The Batched Workflows snap-in allows you to set the parameters for a scheduled workflow.
- Batch Pattern: Define the parameters for how often the scheduled
workflow will run. Select one of the options:
- Minutes: When this option is selected, you must define how often the workflow runs by typing in the number of minutes desired between runs.
- Hourly: When this option is selected, you must define how often the workflow runs by typing in the number of hours desired between runs.
- Daily: When this option is selected, you must define how often the workflow runs by typing in the number of days desired between runs.
- Weekly: When this option is selected, you must define how often the workflow runs by typing in the number of weeks desired between runs and defining which day of the week to run the workflow.
- Monthly: When this option is selected, you have two options:
- Day: You can type in which day (number) of each month you want the scheduled workflow to run.
- The: You can select the week of the month (first, second, etc.) from the first drop-down box and then specify the specific day (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, etc.) for the workflow to run each month from the second drop-down box.
- Batch Start Date and Time to Run: You can set the date and time for the workflow to start running on the pattern defined above. Either type in the date and time, or use the drop-down calendar to select the date and then type in the time. Select the Weekdays only check box to run the workflow only on weekdays.
- Batch Type: Select from the three options provided:
- On Demand: Select this option to only run the workflow from the My JustWare Batch Workflow session.
- Scheduled: Select this option to run the workflow on a schedule.
- Scheduled and On Demand: Select this option to do both of the above options.
