Calendar Template¶
This tool allows your organization to customize how events are displayed in the JustWare Calendar and across the Microsoft Exchange Sync. The configuration set up in this tool will be used for all users in your implementation of JustWare.
Event Types to Sync¶
This snap-in allows you to choose which Event Types you would like to be included in the sync process. It is pre-populated with all of the Events and Tasks code table entries along with the built-in Correspondence types.
- Sync To Exchange: Enable/Disable calendar synching with this specific event, correspondence or task type.
- Description: The description of the event as it exists in the Events and Tasks code tables. Default Correspondence types are also included.
- Code Type: The master code type of the event.
Event Statuses to Sync¶
This snap-in allows you to choose which Event Types you would like to be included in the sync process. It is pre-populated with all of the Events and Tasks code table entries along with the built-in Correspondence types.
- Sync To Exchange: Enable/Disable calendar synching with this specific event status.
- Description: The description of the event status as it exists in the Event Status code table.
- Master Code: The master code type of the displayed event status.
Calendar Template Help¶
This read-only snap-in lists the available fields to use in your template.
Calendar Templates: How to create your template¶
Using the fields listed in the Calendar Template Help snap-in, type out or copy and paste the fields you want to be displayed on the calendar. Be sure to follow the syntax as described in the Calendar Template Help snap-in.
Example: %[EventTypeDesc]
- Subject: The data configured in this section will be displayed in the subject section on the event on the Calendar.
- Body: The data configured in this section will be displayed in the body of the event.
