Troubleshooting

We take the stability of JustWare seriously and are constantly working to improve that stability to allow your organization to do its job. To aid in this, if JustWare ever experiences a crash, it will automatically send a crash report that contains a stack trace and allows us to diagnose the problem and fix it. The user or the admin does not need to do anything to have this happen.

The following sections contain information to help you if your users come across some difficulty using JustWare. The troubleshooting material covers some common issues that are easily handled. You may find an easy solution that you can implement yourself without the aid of Journal Technologies Support. This will minimize your users' downtime and help you maximize your users' JustWare experience.
